1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the mobile app "Multi Tool Custom" (the "App"). You agree to use the App in accordance with these terms.
2. Prohibited conduct
Use that violates laws or public order and morals
Use that infringes the rights of others, including filming or recording without permission
Interfering with the App or ad delivery, or fraudulently tapping ads
Analyzing, modifying, or redistributing the App beyond what the law allows
3. Paid features
Prices of paid features are shown on the purchase screen. Purchases and payments are subject to the terms of Google Play or the App Store. For refunds, follow the procedure of the store where you purchased.
4. Advertising
The App may show ads. Each provider is responsible for the content of its ads and for the services they link to.
5. Disclaimer
Values from the speedometer, compass, inclinometer, frequency measurement, and similar features are estimates. Errors occur depending on the condition of the device and its sensors. Do not use them for safety decisions, measurements required by law, or proof in transactions.
Do not operate the App while driving or walking. Put the safety of your surroundings first.
You are responsible for managing device heat and battery use caused by the light or camera.
The App is provided as is. The operator does not guarantee that the App is free from defects or fit for any particular purpose.
The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence. Where laws such as the Consumer Contract Act do not allow this exclusion, those laws apply.
6. Changes to and termination of the App
The operator may change the App or end its provision.

We may change these terms, for example when adding features. Changes apply from the time they are published on this page.
